Performance principles
- Quality: do today's most important thing well.
- Consistency: progress comes from repeated action.
- Recovery: training and recovery form one whole.
- Reflection: review your work so next week is better.
❖ Next achievement
Log training
Log your training as soon as possible afterward. RPE = how hard the session felt on a scale of 1–10.
Training history
Look at the whole picture: volume, duration, and perceived load. One session alone does not tell the whole story.
| Date | Sport | Type | Min | RPE |
|---|

🍎 Import from Apple Health
Import your trainings (and optionally sleep data) directly from the Apple Health app: iPhone Health app → profile icon → Export All Health Data → save export.zip (or unzip and use export.xml). Upload the file here.
Recovery check-in
Rate how you feel honestly. This is a tool for tracking how you feel and for conversation, not a diagnosis.
Today's status
Status combines your logged sleep quality, energy, muscle feel, and stress into one indicative number.
Recovery habits
The basics decide it: enough sleep, regular eating and drinking, suitable movement, and winding down.
Sleep (14d)
Status trend (14d)
Recovery history
Trends are more useful than any single day. Use them to track how you feel and, if needed, to talk with your coach.
| Date | Sleep | Quality | Energy | Muscles | Stress | Status |
|---|
Body tracking
Weight is just one metric — use it as a trend, not a daily grade.
Body entry history
| Date | Weight | Sensations | Note |

📅 Connect calendar
Import your schedule from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Most services provide a public or private .ics link ("Secret address in iCal format").
+ Add your own event
Add a training, game, or other entry to your own schedule and export it to your calendar.
Upcoming events
A combined view of imported calendar events and your own entries, for the next 30 days.
Game Day Mode
On game day the goal isn't to invent something new. Run your familiar routines, keep focus on your own game, and react to situations.
Next game
Also shown in the Dashboard countdown.
Pre-game checklist
Go through the list calmly. The team's schedule and coach's instructions always take priority.
Personal game focus
Choose 1–3 processes you can influence yourself. For example: "first steps", "confident puck play", "communication".
Process score
Give 1–10 points for how well you executed your own process. This is not a grade for the player.
Post-game review
Don't judge the game only by the result. Note what you did well, what you learned, and what you'll carry to the next practice.
New goal
A good goal states what you are developing, why it matters, and the next concrete step.
Goals
Keep few active top goals. As a goal progresses, raise the percentage and set the next step.
Daily journal
Even a short entry is enough. The point of the journal is to help you spot recurring patterns in what you do.
Journal history
Revisit your entries once a week and find one recurring strength and one thing you want to improve.
Training volume
Total minutes show volume, but not quality or intensity on their own.
Average RPE
Perceived exertion helps compare planned vs. felt training stress.
Recovery average
Watch the trend over time. If how you feel changes significantly, tell your coach or another trusted adult.

Weekly overview
Analytics helps you ask better questions: did I train per plan, did I recover enough, and did I make progress on my goals?

|---|---|---|
| Trainings | 0 | Look at the whole picture, not one day. |
| Training minutes | 0 | Load also depends on intensity. |
| Sleep | — | Track your alertness and recovery. |
| Goals | 0% | Small repeated steps add up. |

Context the AI sees
The AI coach receives a summary of your most recent entries with every message so replies stay personal.
If you publish this app as a product, set the AI proxy URL in Settings — that keeps your key hidden from all users. The included peak-ai-proxy folder has ready server code and setup instructions.
